great location but noise issues

The room had a private bathroom, providing comfort and convenience. My hosts were cute and responsive. The area is very quiet, perfect for families seeking a peaceful retreat. I enjoyed the shared kitchen. It was nice to prepare breakfast at my own pace.

There were a writing desk and a chair in the room, appreciated that. The location was PARTICULARLY GOOD - very close to the centre, train station, and shops. Also, Coral Reef Bracknell's Waterworld was 3 km away.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, plenty close to everything, in the really quiet area. The rooms turned out to be modern and neat with a comfortable bed, a powerful shower, tea.

The Spinney offers a beautiful house in a convenient location, making it perfect for families. The responsive owners accommodated our last-minute change to bring a baby, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Not exactly what I expected

The hotel is in a very quiet and nice area. It's close to our main destination, super convenient. The Family Room with Private Bathroom worked well for us during our 3-night stay. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our visit. A solid choice 👍

Plus, no amenities in sight, leaving everything a car or taxi ride away.

Unfortunately, noise levels were a deal-breaker. We experienced loud noises as late as 4 a.m. from other guests, which didn't help when trying to sleep. On top of that, the bathroom had some maintenance issues-folding plumbing and a lukewarm shower that could use some serious attention. The entry system was erratic too. Arriving back from dinner, I was stuck outside for over 30 minutes battling a finicky door code, which surely was more than just an inconvenience. And let's not forget that entirely lacking local amenities means every move requires a car or taxi.

The staff was efficient and affable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were tidy and new-fashioned.- The location was excellent and nice for exploring this very quiet area, near to shops, the train station, and town.
